Bernd und Hilla Becher

Bernd and Hilla Becher shaped the contemporary photography as no other photographers. Through its unique style of photography they helped the media photography to recognize as an independent art form. During her time at the Düsseldorf Art Academy they taught a new generation of photo artists like Andreas Gursky, Candida Höfer and Thomas Struth.
We have in our archives a documentary of their last exhibition in Cologne.
