Joseph Beuys

Beuys is one of the world's best known and most important artists of the 20th Century. In his extensive work he has been dealing with issues of humanism, social philosophy and anthroposophy. His definition of "expanded concept of art" and "every man is an artist" are now the most widely quoted statements by the artist.

We offer two film documents in our archive: "Melting of the Czar Crown" and "Lehmbruck-Speach".
