Ralph Goertz

Before he founded the IKS, Ralph Goertz worked as an video artist, director and filmmaker. Between 2003 and 2010 he was the artistic director of the chamber opera of northern westfalia and his works and stagings were shown at several museums in Germany like the Museum Ludwig Köln, Bundeskunsthalle Bonn, Kunsthalle Wilhelmshaven, Museum Folkwang Essen and the Kunstmuseen Krefeld.

His photographic works are dealing with the masters of painting transmitting in a time based photograppy.
