Markus Lüpertz

Markus Lüpertz is one of the most important German painters since the 1970s. In addition to his neoexpressives paintings his sculptures and stage designs are a big part on his rich and remarkable work.
For the production FAHRENHEIT 451 (a collaboration of the Bundeskunsthalle Bonn, NRW Chamber Opera and Opera Bonn) he designed the sets/stage and costumes.
The archive contains documentary film material since 1967.
